Meet COACH Marsha

My name is Marsha McCombie and I am the owner of Run Healthy LLC. I’ve been running since my early 20s, and to say I like running would be an understatement. Throughout the years I have raced in multiple races including the 5k, 10k, half marathon, and marathon. With that said, I REALLY HAD NO IDEA HOW MUCH SCIENCE WAS BEHIND RUNNING. I was able to discover and experience first-hand the difference from running UNHEALTHY to understanding why intention set behind every run is crucial to preventing injuries, improving performance, and helps keep you running longer by preventing burnout.  The difference speaks miles!
